In 2022, the Equal Pay International Coalition (EPIC) would like to use this occasion to highlight some of the pay transparency measures being implemented in different parts of the world, including various tools and responses to key questions. The United Nations estimates that at current rates, it will take approximately 257 years to close this gap. Though women now make up nearly 40% of the global workforce, the gender pay gap is estimated at around 20% globally.
